With SOLID Gold, CDO becomes your full-service Managed IT Services company. SOLID Gold not only does everything that SOLID Silver does, but our expert technicians will respond to problems by phone or by using Remote IT Support for the computer or server when needed. If we can’t fix the issue in a timely manner over the phone or by remotely accessing your computer, we’ll come out to your facility at no extra charge.
